Steuart Pennington been a consultant for 20 years, developing, implementing and measuring business strategies. He holds a B.A (Honours) degree from Rhodes University, a PDM from Wits and an Advanced Management Programme from Oxford. He wrote "Human Capital Strategies for the 21st Century", co-authored "The 12 Ladders to World Class Performance", which was launched in the U.S.A , and received a five-star rating from Amazon.com; he also scripted a number of management videos under the title, "Lessons from the Wild".
